2 packetsfrozen açaí purée (100g each)
1ripe banana, sliced
2 tbspraw honey or agave
¼ cupoat milk or coconut water (for blending)
4 tbspgranola
1 tbsptoasted coconut flakes
handfulfresh berries or sliced mango
Method
Times stay the same — only ingredients scale.
Blend the base. Break the frozen açaí packets into chunks. Blend with half the banana and the oat milk on high until smooth and very thick — thicker than a smoothie. Add liquid in small splashes only if the blender stalls.
Tip The base should be thick enough to hold toppings without sinking. If it is too runny, add more frozen açaí.
Pour and top. Pour the açaí base into two chilled bowls. Working quickly, arrange the remaining banana slices, berries, and coconut flakes on top. Add granola last.
Finish and serve. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately — the bowl begins to melt at room temperature.
